Don Card, Regional Biologist for Maine’s Department of Marine Resources, will speak about shellfishing in Harpswell; its value, management, and future.  As the area biologist, Don is a consultant to Harpswell, knowledgeable in both state regulations and clam management.

The program will be held in the Trust’s Community Room, 153 Harpswell Neck Road, Harpswell.
